It’s a 60 min total body workout class that focuses on toning and shaping the whole body. It improves the muscular strength and endurance and it gives the tight shaped aspect to the legs, buttocks, trunk and arms. It helps burning more calories during and after the class. The last 15 minutes of the class ends up with the relaxing stretching exercises that keep you away from injuries.
